2. Comment on big accounts in your niche

Most people skip this and wonder why no one follows them.

Here’s a better way:

• Make a list of 20 big accounts in your niche

• Turn on notifications for them

• When they post, be one of the first to reply

• Write something helpful or interesting

• Do this every day for 30 minutes

Your comment becomes your mini-post.

If it’s good, people click your profile.

If your profile is optimized, they follow.

3. Start real conversations in DMs

Most people use DMs to sell. That’s a mistake.

Instead:

• DM people who follow, like, or comment

• Say hi or give a small compliment
