Starting Out Is Always Hard...

Are you really okay with spending the next 40 years just surviving?

Growing up, I always had big dreams.

I was a shy kid, but I loved spending time with friends, playing soccer all day, and hanging out until the streetlights came on, signaling it was time to head home.

My mom would sometimes come looking for me, wondering why I was out so late… (Dumb things)

I wasn’t trying to be rebellious - I just loved life and wanted to be around people.

Yet, as I got older, I noticed something that bothered me: there was this “normal” path everyone seemed to follow, and it felt, well, boring…

Go to school, get good grades, graduate, and find a job you’d work at for 40 years.

But what if I didn’t want that life?

1) The Routine Cycle Everyone Gets Stuck In

For many of us, life is just a cycle.

You’re expected to go to school, work a regular job, follow the rules, and wait until retirement to finally “enjoy” your life. But this path didn’t make sense to me…

I tried following it—I went to school, did okay with grades, and even started college. I figured maybe something exciting would eventually happen.

But soon enough, it felt like I was just wasting time, learning things that didn’t seem useful, and waiting for something better.

I realized I wasn’t alone in feeling this way. A lot of people get stuck in the cycle of going to a job they don’t enjoy, working hard just to pay bills, and hoping things will improve someday.

But I didn’t want my life to be like that.

I didn’t want to spend my time feeling trapped in a routine that didn’t make me happy.

I wanted freedom, a life where I didn’t have to worry about money all the time, and where I could choose what I wanted to do.

2) How the Routine Was Holding Me Back

As I got older (25 years lmao), it became even clearer how limiting this routine could be.

College wasn’t teaching me anything that seemed useful, and I wasn’t excited about the future.

Then, when the pandemic hit, everything changed…

Suddenly, I couldn’t work the planned jobs, I wasn’t making money, and my path seemed even more uncertain. I looked around at my friends and classmates, and I saw the same look on their faces—confusion, worry, and frustration. (RED FLAG)

No one knew what would happen next, and for the first time, I realized just how trapped I felt by the “normal” routine.

I felt like I was missing out on life.

The thought of working a 9-to-5 job for years and barely getting by felt suffocating. I knew that if I wanted something different, I’d have to make a change.

I’d have to step off the “normal” path and create my own.

3) How I Broke Free and Took Control

I was never the kind of person who enjoyed being told what to do. I was a bit rebellious, always questioning rules, and never satisfied with “just doing what everyone else does.”

But like many people, I’d been taught to stick with the safe route, to avoid taking risks. I grew up hearing that you shouldn’t ask for help, that you should just work hard, and that eventually, you’d succeed if you followed the rules.

But deep down, I knew I wanted more. (like most of us, maybe)

I didn’t want to spend my life struggling, only to retire and look back on years of work I didn’t love.

So, I made a choice.

That choice.

I decided to drop out of college, pack my bags, and work abroad with my friends. I took any job I could find to earn an income.

The first → Republic Czech - 5e/hour (machinist operator)

The second → Netherlands - 8e/hour (warehouse jobs)

In my country, the minimum wage is only €400 per month... working abroad turned out to be a much better option.

I wanted to see the world, save money, and gain new experiences. I chose to learn on my own, find mentors, and start building a life that I could be proud of.

4) Why Learning and Growing Are the Keys to Freedom

Deciding to create my own path was one of the best choices I ever made. I learned that if I was willing to invest in myself, learn new skills, and take risks, I could build a life that offered real freedom.

I started learning things that I knew would help me get ahead, like high-income skills that would give me more financial independence.

I stopped wasting time on things that didn’t add value, like endless video games, scrolling through social media, or watching movies all night… (fk them)

Instead, I focused on my future.

I spent time learning from people who had already achieved the kind of success I wanted. I read books, took online courses, and looked for ways to improve every day.

1) Skills like:

  • copywriting

  • marketing

  • personal branding

  • dropshipping

  • affiliate marketing

  • social media manager

  • writing

  • coding

  • web design

2) Some of my fav Books:

Over time, my mindset shifted.

I no longer felt like a “rebel” for choosing a different path. Instead, I felt confident that I was building something better.

You don’t have to be a genius or have everything figured out to build a life you love. All you need is the willingness to learn, work hard, and step away from the crowd when it’s holding you back.

By investing in yourself and building skills that matter, you can live a life with freedom, purpose, and financial security.

You don’t have to wait until retirement to enjoy your life—you can create a life you love right now.

5) The Power of Learning and Investing in Yourself

When I first decided to leave the “normal” path, I didn’t know exactly what would happen. I just knew that I wanted more out of life.

So, I made LEARNING a priority.

I spent my time developing high-income skills, like marketing, sales, and personal development.

I found mentors who could guide me, people who had already built successful lives outside the typical 9-to-5.

  • Jason Capital

  • Dan Koe

  • Andrew Bass

  • Dylan Madden

Instead of wasting time on things that wouldn’t help me grow, I focused on things that would pay off later.

This isn’t just about making money—it’s about building a life that’s fulfilling. I learned that by choosing to invest in myself, I could create a future where I didn’t have to worry about bills or be stuck in a job I didn’t love.

I could be free to travel, spend time with people I care about, and enjoy every day instead of just waiting for the weekends. (My Goal)

6) How to Start Building Your Own Path

If you want more out of life, remember that it’s never too late to start. Here’s what I recommend:

  • Decide what you want: Picture your future. Do you want financial freedom, time with family, or the ability to travel? Knowing what you want helps you stay focused.

  • Invest in learning: Spend time and money on skills that can give you freedom, like learning about finances, high-income skills, or entrepreneurship. These are the building blocks of a successful life.

  • Find mentors: Seek out people who’ve achieved the life you want. Ask them for advice, read what they’ve written, and learn from their experiences.

  • Ditch the distractions: Social media, video games, and movies can be fun, but don’t let them waste your time. Focus on things that help you grow.

  • Take risks and believe in yourself: It’s scary to step away from the “normal” path, but if you trust yourself and keep learning, you’ll build a life you love.

The journey to freedom and success isn’t easy. It takes time, work, and courage to keep going, especially when others might doubt you.

But I promise, it’s worth it.

I chose this path because I didn’t want a life where I’d be working just to survive, waiting for retirement, and hoping for better days.

I wanted to create a life where I could be financially free, have time for the people I love, and truly enjoy each day.

It all starts with choosing to invest in yourself, learning new skills, and being willing to step off the normal path.

Life isn’t about waiting until retirement to enjoy yourself. It’s about creating a life that makes you excited to wake up every day.

You don’t have to settle for “just getting by.” You have the power to build a life of freedom, purpose, and success.

So make your choice today, and start building the future you want.

It’s your life—make it count.
