Struggling to Land Clients? Try These 3 Content Types
Stop spinning your wheels
Most creators I talk to have great offers — but they struggle to get them in front of the right people.
They’re posting content regularly and have decent-sized audiences, yet they can’t seem to find anyone truly interested in their services.
So what’s the solution?
Change the offer?
Post more?
Not exactly.
You need content that attracts the right customers — the ones with the right problems.
That means creating content that builds authority, relatability, and confidence that you’re the solution they’ve been searching for.
Here are 3 types of content that’ll help you land your next client:
Building a targeted audience starts with building authority.
Authority content shows your expertise and gives your audience confidence that you know what you’re doing.
Most of the writing frameworks I use fall under this category.
Share clear, step-by-step advice on how to achieve a specific outcome.
Introduce helpful tools or strategies that have worked for you.
The goal?
Give your audience actionable tips they can use to get small wins — and trust you more with every post.
2. Story Content
Stories build relatability.
Your audience wants to know you’re someone they can connect with — someone who’s been where they are and made it through.
Share your wins, losses, and lessons.
Too many creators only share the good parts. But if your audience hasn’t had wins yet, how can they relate?
They can’t.
Show them you’ve failed too — and then how you turned things around.
Tie your stories back to your brand and message.
If authority content tells your audience you know your stuff, social proof shows them.

Screenshots of messages, posts, or chats
Shoutouts from others
Use these to create case studies — stories that paint the journey of a client going from stuck to successful.
Case studies are powerful because your audience can see themselves in the story.
They show your offer works, and that can bring you clients on autopilot.
