This Will Be Your FIRST Biz
Discover why...
Today, I want to talk about something super important: your health.
Yes, no jokes.
When we think about health, we often think of getting fit or eating right.
But did you know your health is like your very first business?
Just like you would take care of a business to make it successful, you need to take care of your body to keep it strong and healthy.
Your Body is Your First Business
Your body is like a machine. If you don’t take care of it, it won’t work well, just like a broken machine. When a machine breaks down, it needs fixing.
You need to give it the right fuel (food), make sure it gets enough rest (sleep), and keep it moving (exercise).
So, what does it mean to take care of your body?
It means making healthy choices every day. This doesn’t just mean working out at the gym or going for a run; it also includes what you eat and how you treat yourself.
You don’t need to spend money on things like steroids unless you’re a professional athlete… And even then, it’s not the best choice. I can’t help you with that because I’ve never done it.
Why Health Matters
Taking care of your health is important for many reasons. Here are a few:
Confidence: When you feel good about your body, you stand taller and smile more. You’re more likely to try new things and meet new people.
Happiness: A healthy body helps you enjoy life more. You can play with your friends, go on adventures, and have fun without feeling tired or sore.
Strength: A strong body allows you to do all the things you love, like running, jumping, playing sports, or just having fun with friends.
Now, let’s dive deeper into how you can take care of your health and the choices you need to make.
The Importance of Exercise
So why do people skip exercise?
It’s easy to put off going to the gym or playing outside. Sometimes, people think it’s too hard or they don’t have enough time. But exercise is super important because it keeps your body strong and helps you feel good.
You don’t have to lift heavy weights like superheroes to be fit. It can be as simple as riding your bike, playing tag with your friends, or even dancing to your favorite music in your room.
When you move your body, you are:
Building strength: This helps you lift, run, and play better.
Improving your mood: When you exercise, your brain releases happy chemicals.
Boosting your energy: It might sound funny, but exercising can actually make you feel less tired.
Helping you sleep better: When you move your body during the day, it helps you get a good night’s sleep.
Eating Healthy Food
Another important part of being healthy is eating the right foods. Eating junk food all the time might make you feel sluggish and unhappy. On the other hand, eating healthy foods can give you lots of energy.
So, what are some healthy foods you can eat? Here are a few examples:
Fruits and vegetables: They are full of vitamins and minerals that help your body grow strong. Try apples, carrots, broccoli, or bananas!
Whole grains: Foods like brown rice, oatmeal, and whole wheat bread give you energy and help you feel full.
Lean proteins: Foods like chicken, fish, beans, and nuts help build muscles and keep you strong.
Dairy: Milk, yogurt, and cheese are good for your bones because they have calcium.
Eating healthy food gives you many benefits. Here are some of the best reasons to eat right:
Increases energy: Healthy foods help you feel energized and ready to play!
Keeps you happy: Eating nutritious foods can improve your mood and help you feel better.
Fights off sickness: A strong body can fight germs better. You’ll get sick less often!
Helps you grow: Your body needs good food to grow and be strong.
Improves focus: Eating well helps you concentrate better in school and during activities.
Let’s Talk About Pain Points
Even though we know we should exercise and eat healthy, many people ignore their health problems.
They think, “Oh, it’s just a little pain,” or “I’m too busy right now.” But ignoring your health can lead to bigger problems later.
Let’s imagine a typical day for someone who doesn’t take care of their health.
Picture this:
You wake up and don’t eat breakfast. Instead, you grab a sugary snack. Then you sit at your desk for school or work for hours. After that, you get home and plop down on the couch to watch TV.
Later, you munch on junk food while you’re on your computer working on your projects. You hardly move, and before you know it, you’re feeling tired, lazy, and achy.
Can your body handle this for months, years, or even decades without problems?
Let me tell you my story.
My Personal Story
A couple of years ago, I decided to go to another country with my buddies to work. We worked night shifts in a warehouse, lifting heavy boxes for €8 an hour.
At first, I felt strong because I was doing a lot of physical work. I was excited, thinking I would build my muscles! (awesomee)
But after a month, my back and shoulders started to hurt...
They ached, and I felt tired all the time…
What did I do?
Instead of stretching and taking care of my body, I thought I could fix the pain by spending money on quick solutions, hoping they would work. I thought, “No pain, no gain!”. (But that was a bad choice)
After 7 months of ignoring my pain, I finally quit and returned home. I ended up spending $3,000 on doctors, massages, and treatments because everything hurt…
It was shocking how much money I had to spend because I didn’t listen to my body.

My job
One of my therapists told me something very important: “If you want to feel better, you need to stretch every day.”
The Power of Stretching
Stretching is super important for your body. It helps keep your muscles flexible and can prevent injuries. Here are some great benefits of stretching:
Increases flexibility: This helps you move better and do fun things!
Reduces pain: You won’t hurt as much, and you’ll feel more comfortable.
Improves mood: Stretching can make you happier and help you relax.
Helps you sleep better: When your muscles are relaxed, you can sleep more soundly.
Prepares your body for exercise: Stretching helps you warm up before playing sports or exercising.
Stretching is like giving your body a big hug! It helps you feel good inside and out.
Healthy Habits for Life
Now that you know how important it is to take care of your body, what are some healthy habits you can start today? Here are a few ideas:
Make a stretching routine: Spend 10-15 minutes each day stretching your body. You can find fun stretching videos on YouTube to help you!
Drink plenty of water: Staying hydrated is super important. Water helps your body work properly.
Sleep well: Make sure you get enough sleep each night. Sleep is when your body heals and gets stronger.
What Do You Choose?
So, what do you choose?
Will you spend 30 minutes a day stretching and feeling great so you can build something amazing?
Or will you keep working hard while your body hurts and then spend lots of money on recovery later?
Choose wisely.
Final Thoughts
Taking care of your health is not just about exercise and eating right; it’s about creating a lifestyle that makes you happy and helps you feel your best.
When you prioritize your health, you’re not only investing in your body but also in your future.
Make small changes each day.
Start with stretching for a few minutes, eating a healthy snack, or playing outside for a bit. Over time, these small changes will add up and lead to big improvements in how you feel.
So, remember to treat your body like a special machine, give it the fuel it needs, and keep it moving.
Peace, my friend.
